PIGWEB Project Concludes with Final Event in Saint-Malo
The European PIGWEB project officially came to a close yesterday with its final event at the Le Grand Large Convention Center in Saint-Malo, France. The event brought together researchers, infrastructure managers and stakeholders from across Europe to share results and reflect on five years of collaboration in pig research and animal welfare. It was an event open to the general public as well.

H2020 PIGWEB project provides access to top-quality pig research installations
PIGWEB’s transnational access (TNA) program ensures free access to top-quality European pig research installations. A budget of 1.5 million euros is available to provide external researchers (both academic and private) with easy and transparent access to the partners’ infrastructures.

The launch of PIGWEB
PIGWEB is a Horizon 2020 project launched on 1 March 2021. This 5-year project gathers 16 different partners from 9 different countries. Our first press release includes information on the project aim and the PIGWEB Kick-off Meeting.
